Billing & Insurance

We don't bill insurance directly, but we provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Many of our patients find our pricing competitive with insurance copays.
Yes, most of our treatments are eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. We provide itemized receipts that you can submit to your benefits administrator.
Yes, you can pause or cancel your treatment plan at any time through your account dashboard. There are no long-term contracts or hidden fees.

Treatment & Shipping

Most patients begin noticing improvements within 2-4 weeks of starting treatment, with full benefits typically realized within 2-3 months. Results vary based on the individual and treatment type.
Absolutely. All shipments arrive in plain, unbranded packaging. There is no indication of the contents or the sender on the outside of the box.
