Testosterone Cypionate and Propionate (Sesame Oil) combines two distinct esters to optimize hormone availability. Testosterone propionate delivers a rapid rise in blood levels within hours, requiring frequent administration every 2–3 days. Testosterone cypionate provides a slower, longer-lasting presence with a half-life of approximately four days, typically administered once or twice weekly.
